Burleigh Bombers Australian Rules Football Club has its home ground based at 111 Christine Avenue Burleigh Waters. The Bombers have both a Senior Club and Junior Club and offer a true path way for all participants to whatever level and ability they desire to achieve.
The Seniors field a Senior Team and Reserves Teams in the QFA , a high quality competition with great rivalry between the other clubs, all based south of the Brisbane river and trough out the Gold Coast.
The Colts (u19) are in the highest possible division for colt clubs in Queensland, any of the talented players from here can be selected or rookie listed into the NEAFL sides if they are of a standard that warrants selection. There is many miss conceptions they must play at a state league club, but this is the same competition that they play in but with far greater opportunities in playing Senior Football.
Senior Ladies Team are in the QAWFA and are entering there 2nd year as a side. Known as the Bometts they are an up and coming team with 2016 looking to be promising year under new coach Emma Williams.
Old Boys – After 3 great seasons of premierships they believe they can follow up with a forth. A social competition that really encourages family followings and a great way to meet new people on the social side, but still love to win.
Junior Club have teams from the super 6’s right through to the under 17′, many of these grades are both Division 1 and Division 2 to cater for all Australian Rules players.
Burleigh Bombers are a proud club with a long history of success at all levels, they are proud to be associated with the Burleigh Sports Club in which is one of the most outstanding sports clubs on the coast. They are open 7 days for meals, social gatherings, TAB, pokies and a fantastic place just to enjoy a cold drink and relax.
